The AZ Nitro Softball organization is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity and is dedicated to the progressive advancement of players both as athletes and as young ladies. It is our goal as an organization to teach our players important life lessons through the game of softball, such as discipline, hard work, perseverance, and the value of team work.
As an organization, we focus on building powerful young women. Our message is simple, “NEVER QUIT”. We focus on lifting players up to be able to achieve their highest potential, providing information they need in order to be successful with their own hard work. Valuing the development of players mentally, physically and emotionally to aid them in performing at the highest level of competition. The young women of our program not only progress and become better softball players, but our coaching staff is committed to making sure that they learn important life lessons and skills through the high expectations of commitment, hard work, determination, sacrifice, teamwork, and accountability.
Everyone in our organization is expected to compete for playing time, and starting position. Tournament play is essential in our organization; we work hard at scheduling a series of highly competitive tournaments throughout the year.
